I've 'booked' the entire restaurant for her birthday, seemingly so, as we were the only customer on a lazy weekday afternoon.

Their signature, Poulet Roti, requires a 45 minutes preparation before the dish is served. Well worth the wait, best chicken I have tasted! The fragrance of the herbs and stuffings are all absorbed into the tender chicken meat!

My choice of dessert, Tarte Au Chocolate! Valrhona 85% Abinao chocolate tart. Served with chantilly cream Very rich!

Her choice, Lavender Orange Sorbet Ice Cream, looks great, tastes even better!
