Hard at work on a saturday

the home work that Mummy gave her. She seems reluctant!
But she got down to work straight away, with a serious face.

While she was working hard, someone was idling in the background.

Her masterpiece is completed!

Showing it off proudly to the her brother.

The reward for her hardwork, one bowl of icing biscuits! Archie could only watch in envy

Mummy was feeling generous, she got a taste of the magnum mini as well!

风飞飞

Just some photos of us at home.
She is beginning to like hats & caps, which she detested so much just a few months back. Not only was she willingly to pose for photo in it, she insisted on wearing it to school the following day!

Archie can't help but find his sister funny!

Sarah would not allow any of us to touch her precious hat, screaming loudly whenever our hands came close, Archie was the only exception though.

He looks like a shocked cowboy.

Sarah giving her brother a big hug.
Even the gorilla got a hug.
A very nice photo taken by mummy, of the kids and papa.
Papa returned the favour, but the photo did not turn out as nice.

Granny's Birthday 2010

The family went to out to celebrate Granny's birthday, without Archie boy as he was still recovering at home.

While in the truck, Sarah got all excited by the shawl that mummy was wearing, she just could not wait to wrap the shawl around herself.

As the restaurant we were dining in did not accept reservations, we had to wait outside while Papa went to queue for the table.

姑姑gave Sarah a big box of hello panda biscuit, she was so happy munching it!

She was generous enough to share it with Brian.
The two cousin sampling the appetitiser, braised peanuts. While Brian ate it gently, Sarah put in her mouth then took it out, and in and out and in and out.
The two grandkids singing birthday songs for Granny. Sarah even gave Granny a kiss.
Look at Sarah, she is such a messy eater, the chocolate from the cake is all over her face.

Archie' first attempt at solid food

Archie's first attempt at solid food. Gave him some rice cereal to try, he only took two spoonful. Oh well, got to try again.

Arch & Mama

Taken on 25th July 2010

Arch at Membina with 姨姨

Some pics of Archie with 姨姨 while we were there to pay them a visit. He was smiling cheekily.

A walk around the neighbourhood

Brought Archie out after dinner to have a walk around the neighbourhood, he has not been out for weeks apart from trips to the PD. Now that he is feeling better, we decided to bring him out for some fresh air.
Sarah got to go to the playground, which she needed no second invitation to climb up onto the platform.

You can tell from the pictures that she had a jolly good time!
Posing happily for the camera, after which she would come forward to check the camera to make sure that the picture take is to her satisfaction.
A historic milestone! Archie's first attempt down the slide!

The daredevil stunt-girl!
LOOK! No Hands!

Synchronised sliding!
One of the compulsory itinerary for the trip to the playground, that is to rock violently to and fro on the spring loaded 'animal'
Sarah demonstrating the emergency escape manoeuvre.
Archie got worn out by the sliding exercises.
We met Papa's friend and his daughter, Sneha, she is three months younger that Sarah. Both girls were a bit shy at first, after sizing up each other and not sensing any hostilities, they were chasing each other around the estate.
I have no idea what is so fun about standing on top of a manhole. Generation Gap?
They ran from the playground to the fitness corner and back together.
The two little friends.
Taking a breather on the balancing beam.
Sarah was pretending to read the words on the signboard, perhaps trying to impress Sneha with her 'knowledge'
