Stand Chart Marathon 2011 - Kids' Dash

We are back for the kids' dash! This is what happened at SCM2010!

Hope she can make it this year!

We were earlier this year and went to the kids' area for some games.

Spin bowler!

But not every effective bowling!

She decided to up the challenge, by going for euro bungee!

I casually asked her if she wanted to have a go at it, to my surprise, she nodded and said 'YES!'

Geting ready for her maiden flight.

She looked confident.

Up up and away!

She kept her smile but we could see the tension behind the smile!

But she did not make any noise, just being quiet and tense.

Then we trooped off to the starting point for the kids' dash. Going under the esplanade bridge to get to the other side.

She looked serious.

Eating popcorn as she speed walked!

The starting point, outside the esplanade by the bay.

She still had unfinished business.

He looked ready.

Could not wait to go!

Count down!

Go!

Walker was down!

But up again in no time!

She did better than we expected

Occasional carry here and there, but she walked more and was happy unlike last year!

Back at home, re-fuelling the carbos, by munching on Ramly's.

Well done Sarah!

Archie was very tired from being under the sun and the walking.
