7 months old

was an eventful sat afternoon (after the usual weekly marketing in the morning). we headed to takashimaya in the afternoon with the mindset of spending 20 odd bucks on a manual chopper which we saw previously. apparently, we saw the price wrongly the last time... and it cost 'slightly' more. as usual, we walked around the home appliances and kitchen section, as mummy kind of like looking at containers of late. we ended up purchasing another chopper thingy used for pounding garnishes like onions, garlics, nuts etc. total damage turned out to be close to 70 bucks on these 2 items. as we made our way to JL, daddy kept lamenting that he cannot believe we spent 3 times more than planned at one stop alone. he kept chanting "over-budget" non stop. lolx....

reached JL and we 'swore' that this will be the last time we step in there for a long long time. we are really quite sick of JL as we had made many trips there to use up vouchers we had and there was really nothing to see or buy in JL. This time we made up our mind to use up the last $50 voucher. we grabbed wet tissues, new bottle teats and a swim wear for sarah.

reached home, packed the stuff we bought and went to prepare sarah's raw food for the week. excitedly, mummy went to chop the celery in the new chopper. lovely, could chop up the large amounts of veges really fast and to the size we wanted. silly mummy could not contain her pleasure and totally forgot to take the blade out. she attempted to take out the chopped celery with her hands and got her finger cut by the blade. = (

this is why you see daddy holding the knife to mince the week load of fish for sarah.... so sweet!

btw, here are the spectators for the drama we had in the kitchen. none other than sarah and grandma.

sarah enjoying her weekly dip in the pool, wearing her first swim wear! she has turned 7 months old.
